Features
Performance You can Trust
Top concert acts on the world stage rely on JBL speakers systems for the ultimate in high performance sound. Now, with the economical JRX225 dual fifteen-inch, two-way monitor system a wide variety of sound reinforcement applications can achieve the high performance sound of JBL. Well suited for live sound, dance music, music playback and speech, the JRX225¡¯s dual 15" design delivers extended bass response with critical mid-range performance optimized for intelligibility. The JBL designed Progressive Transition¢â waveguide ensures superior coverage control with smooth high frequency response and reduced distortion. With its high-sensitivity (100 dB SPL), the JRX225 will deliver plenty of clean, punchy sound even with moderately powerful amplifiers. For musicians, bands, public facilities, churches, and performance spaces looking for reliable, high quality sound, the affordable JRX225 and its companion models provide a versatile sound reinforcement solution.

High Performance Drivers
JBL 2414H-C 25 mm (1 in) polymer diaphragm compression driver improves high frequency performance as well as system reliability.

Progressive Transition waveguide
Progressive Transition high frequency waveguide provides superior coverage control, reduced distortion, and smoother frequency response.

low frequency
Dual JBL 15 in low frequency driver with a 64 mm (2.5 in) diameter edgewound ribbon voice coil provides greater efficiency and power handling.

advanced network Topology
The advanced network topology crossover design shapes frequency response and delivers coherent summation in the crossover region. High-voltage capacitors and inductors with massive cores and heavy gauge wire enable the crossover network to handle high power without saturating.

Protection
SonicGuard protects the high frequency driver from excess power without interrupting the performance.

Road Tough Construction
The rugged, acoustically superior enclosure is constructed from 19 mm (3⁄4 in) MDF (Medium Density Fiberboard) using advanced adhesives and mechanical fastener technology for extreme durability and improved low frequency performance. Ergonomic non-resonant, all-steel handles are used for years of easy portability while the attractive 18-gauge hexagon perforated, steel grille protects components from damage.

Smooth Coverage
Superior coverage is achieved with the JBL¡¯s advanced Progressive Transition¢â waveguide technology, delivering constant beamwidth and directivity across a wide coverage angle with dramatically reduced distortion and smoother frequency.

Scalable and Flexible
Suitable for portable use, pole mountable or floor stackable, JRX can be confi gured as a main or monitor system in a wide range of applications from clubs and performance spaces to churches and public areas - wherever fl exible, high quality sound is needed. Some systems feature an Integrated 36mm dual-angle pole mount socket for further flexibility.

Reliability

All JBL Professional speaker designs, including JRX200, are subject to a brutal 100 hour torture test. When we specify a speaker as having 250 watts continuous power capacity, that means samples have survived a 100 hour test with IEC noise at 250 watts. And that¡¯s 250 watts average – the signal we use actually has 6 dB (1000 watt) peaks. If the systems don¡¯t pass, we change the design and start the tests again. No one in the industry uses a more demanding standard.
